Hey, I'm Jacqueline. I'm a Psychotherapist in Los Angeles and the host of the podcast, Love You Even More.
I have always been fascinated by why people do what they do in life and one of the first ways I started exploring that professionally before becoming a therapist was as a writer and producer interviewing celebrities for companies such as NBCUniversal and Conde Nast.
That lead to creating my podcast, Love You Even More five years ago. I interview inspiring people with exceptional stories in the fields of relationships, business, self-development and psychology. With over 400k downloads it continues to reach people weekly.
As a therapist I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals and creatives. With a background in the entertainment industry, I bring insight into the emotional challenges of creatives and performers.
In working with teens and adults I focus on navigating anxiety, depression, relational conflict, life transitions, and recovery from emotionally harmful relationships, including narcissistic abuse. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Collaborative therapies to create a safe, supportive space for deep inner work, helping clients process emotional wounds and navigate major life transitions.
As a sex and couples therapist, I help individuals and partners build deeper emotional connection, strengthen intimacy, and create healthier relationship patterns. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method to uncover the root causes of conflict, heal attachment wounds, and foster lasting, secure relationships. Together, we'll create a space where growth, vulnerability, and meaningful change can happen.
