Hey there!

I am currently in my masters program at Capella University and about to graduate as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have my undergraduate degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Psychology and a certificate in Contemporary Addictions Studies from Capella University. 

I have always been fascinated by why people do what they do in life and one of the first ways I started exploring that professionally before becoming a therapist was as a journalist and producer interviewing celebrities for companies such as NBCUniversal and Conde Nast.

As a therapist I specialize in working with individuals and couples healing from trauma, including narcissistic abuse recovery and toxic relationship patterns. I create a safe, supportive space for deep inner work, helping clients process emotional wounds and navigate major life transitions. With a background in the entertainment industry, I bring insight into the emotional challenges of creatives and performers. As a couples therapist, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where both partners feel heard, understood, and supported. With a compassionate yet direct approach, I guide partners toward greater clarity, connection, and collaboration.

I have been fortunate enough to win two Emmy Awards in my career, publish a novel and interview some of the most fascinating people in the world in TV and film and on my podcast Love You Even More with Jackie Brubaker.
